By introducing the switching framework in Business Suite 7, SAP enables the delivery of new functionality via Enhancement Packs. This can be activated incrementally by functional area thus avoiding the need to perform one big upgrade. Each new Enhancement Pack delivers new Web Services, User Interface simplifications and Functionality.
