When you apply for a role with Soltius, you will be well looked after. We believe in customer service and pride ourselves on making sure the recruitment process is an enjoyable one! Here’s what to expect;

  • Each and every applicant will be acknowledged when they apply for a role with us.
  • You will be given a timeframe for shortlisting and an idea of when you will hear back from us (usually a few days).
  • Applicants that are progressed will be screened by phone or skype, technically interviewed by an expert and taken through a cultural fit interview. Sometimes, we will throw in a test or psychometrics for good measure.
  • If you are unsuccessful, we won’t leave you hanging, we will get in touch with you and explain why.
