Zag has a strong leadership team focused on our people and their development, so it’s no mistake that Zag is known in the market for its award-winning culture! Having been a finalist in the Kenexa Best Workplaces awards for the past 6 years running is a testament to that.

We pride ourselves on having employees with a tenure well over 10 years, several over 15 years and a handful who have been with us right from the very start! That’s unheard of in some companies but there is a reason our people are so loyal to Zag – we look after them just as they look after our customers.
